NICHOLAS CARACANDAS  

My name is Nick Caracandas from Diabetic Athletic and I help diabetics learn and discover how to live life with better diabetic impact, freedom and control. 

I’ve been living with type 1 diabetes for over 25 years and what most don't realise is that I’m living the very same diabetic struggle as you, and the only difference between you and I, is that I’ve dedicated my life as a qualified diabetic strength and conditioning coach on a mission to help my fellow diabetic succeed in life with better diabetic impact, freedom and control.

I once needed the very service I now provide. Diabetic athletic, all of its programs and all of its guides, my trainings and resources , are an extension of that vision.
 
My passion is teaching others how to eliminate diabetic overwhelm, and how to implement winning strategies while thriving as a diabetic & learning how to overcome our condition with relative ease, empowerment and success!
